The line is long and fairly steep, so the ride pairs views with a bit of a thrill. Twenty-four six-seat cabins circulate automatically, one every 40 seconds. The upper station sits on the summit of Sinnimbong; Palgongsan has long drawn people who come to pray, at the Jecheondan altar on Birobong and the Gatbawi Buddha to the east. There is a restaurant and a café, and a walking path for a gentle stroll after the ride.
