Booking
Klook sells a day tour from Seoul that visits the museum (ticket paid on site) along with Oeam Folk Village and Hyeonchungsa.
Onyang Folk Museum opened in 1978 to show the skill and taste that went into everyday life in old Korea, and KTO describes it as the country's first private folk museum. Its collection of some 20,000 objects fills permanent and special galleries and an outdoor exhibition area on a large site. Also on the grounds is the Gujeong Art Center, the first building architect Itami Jun designed in Korea. The museum runs education programs, hands-on activities and performances too.
