Booking

KKday sells a train tour from Busan to Gangneung and Donghae that includes Haslla Art World, the BTS bus stop and Jungang Market.

Haslla Art World opened in 2003 as a place where nature and art share the same ground. Its sculpture park, about 109,000 m², was shaped by hand along the existing slopes so as to disturb the hillside as little as possible, with themed areas such as a broadleaf path, a pine garden, the Plaza of Time, a Sea Garden, a Sky Observatory and a Stone Gallery with a "cow-dung museum." Indoors, the Contemporary Art Museum shows around 200 works, and the Pinocchio & Marionette Museum displays puppets collected across Europe. Special, invited and permanent exhibitions run through the year.
