Booking

A Pocheon day tour from Seoul that crosses the bridge, with Herb Island and Pocheon Art Valley, can be booked on KKday.

Opened in September 2024, this 410 m bridge has three spans that meet in the middle, and it was built without towers so as not to spoil the view of the canyon. It is billed as the longest suspension bridge of its kind in Korea. It links Bidulginang Falls with the Hantan River ecological landscape park, and from the deck you look down into the columnar-jointed basalt gorge that became part of a UNESCO Global Geopark in 2020.

Tips

  • Short on time? Start from Garamnuri Observatory, which connects directly to the bridge. A trick-art photo zone lines the approach path.
  • On stormy or very windy days, call ahead, because the bridge is closed in bad weather.
