Booking
KKday sells a Jecheon day tour from Seoul that goes up to the Bibongsan observatory; its title lists the cable car rather than the monorail.
Starting in Dogok-ri in Cheongpung-myeon, this monorail climbs Bibongsan on a 2.6 km track at about 1 m per second, roughly walking pace, and reaches the 531 m summit in around 25 minutes. Each car seats six, and the route runs through oak forest with animal figures set out along the way. The same summit can also be reached from the lakeshore by the Cheongpung Lake Cable Car.

- From December to February the monorail doesn't run; the cable car is the way up in winter.
