An offshore wind farm stands just off this stretch of Jeju's west coast, so the road runs past a long line of white turbines over blue-green water. Chagwido Island sits on the horizon, and the coast faces west, which makes it a popular place to watch the sun go down. Partway along, a short ecology walk has a statue of a grouper (jabari), an experience area built around a traditional stone fish trap (wondam), a rest area and a lookout.
