Naejangsan, a name that suggests a mountain with endless treasures tucked away inside, is a national park centered on Jeongeup in Jeonbuk. Besides Naejangsan itself, the park takes in Baegamsan and the Ipamsanseong mountain fortress, along with the historic temples Naejangsa and Baegyangsa. Azaleas and cherry blossoms bloom in spring, the slopes turn deep green in summer, winter brings snow on the cliffs, and wildflowers bloom in every season. The day tours sold for the park all run in the autumn foliage season.
