Booking
Klook sells a 2-day Gongju & Sejong UNESCO tour from Seoul whose first day includes this museum, with entry included.
The museum has two buildings side by side. The newer one, opened in July 2025, holds permanent and special exhibitions, a screening room and a lounge, and its second floor invites you to join in: write down a worry and an AI version of the poet replies with a poem, or print a poem and stamp it to take home. Big windows up there look out over Gongju. Next door, a 1930s Japanese-style house that opened as the first museum in 2014 is now kept as the poet's house, used for writing and meeting other writers.
