Built around its Ice Museum, this complex in Jeju City is designed to work in any weather: ice sculptures and an ice sled run are there all year, joined by VR rides, a 5D theater and 3D illusion art. In the evening a night market opens in a pine forest beside an LED-lit park, with food stalls and a foot bath. It opened in 2012.
