High1's ski area in Gohan, Jeongseon, is set up for racing as well as holiday skiing: it was built to host events such as para-alpine world cup races and freestyle competitions, and it keeps a separate training area for Korean national athletes. Runs range from gentle beginner slopes to a giant slalom course certified by the International Ski Federation (FIS), and the Untan Godo cable car helps you get around the mountain quickly.
