This disused railway tunnel now ages Gamgreen, a wine made from Cheongdo's seedless bansi persimmons and billed as the world's first persimmon wine. The air inside stays at 15–16°C and 60–70% humidity all year; past a shop and a bar lined with bottles and hanging glasses, the tunnel runs on into rows of oak barrels and racks of dusty bottles. Gamgreen drew attention when it was served at the 2005 APEC summit dinner in Busan.
