Surfyy Beach is a 1 km stretch set aside for surfing just north of Hajodae Beach, and KTO describes it as Korea's first surf-only beach. Its surf school has around 1,000 boards and runs lessons for every level from first-timers to upper-intermediate, alongside surf yoga, longboarding and snorkeling. Walking onto the beach is free; the beanbag, hammock, chill-out and sunbed zones need a separate Surfyy Pass. A pub and lounge sells drinks and light food, and a party starts on the sand after dark. The Netflix drama Lovestruck in the City filmed its leads' first meeting here.
