i-dle ‘I feel’ CD (Cat Ver.) — 2023 mini album from SOYEON’s group
What it is
‘I’m gonna TOESA (Narr. Kian84)’ is the title track of ‘What a Wonderful Life’, the first full-length solo album from SOYEON, leader of the girl group i-dle. It came out on September 7, 2026 at 6 p.m. Korea time. ‘Toesa’ (퇴사) is Korean for quitting your job: the song is about leaving a job you’ve put up with for a long time to travel or try something new, while admitting you might regret it. Webtoon artist and TV personality Kian84 narrates.
Why it’s trending
It hit No. 1 on the real-time and daily charts of Melon, Genie and Bugs — a ‘perfect all-kill’ — and topped Circle Chart’s digital and streaming charts in weeks 39 and 40. It then won M Countdown (Oct 1), Inkigayo (Oct 4 and 11) and Show! Music Core (Oct 10) for four trophies; SOYEON’s earlier solo record was two. Office workers saw themselves in it, and by October 12 about 26,000 short videos used the song.
Where to listen & watch
The official music video is on i-dle’s YouTube channel, and the song is on Korean music apps like Melon as well as global streaming services. SOYEON performed it on music shows from September, including KBS2 Music Bank on September 11.
What to notice: on stage, her dancers dress as workers from different jobs, so anyone can see themselves in the story. The bright band sound, familiar melody and easy title make it simple to sing along, and the music video shows her living life freely.
