SEOULDAL ('Seoul Moon') opened on August 23, 2024, as one of Seoul's new night-time attractions. It is a helium balloon tethered to the ground that rises straight up above Yeouido Park, to about 130 m according to the store listing, so riders can take in the city lights from the air. Seen from a distance, the glowing balloon becomes part of the Yeouido night view itself. Whether it flies is decided by live weather conditions.
