Lotte World Adventure, run by the Lotte Group in Jamsil, has two halves: the indoor Adventure park and Magic Island, an outdoor park on Seokchon Lake. Rides, parades, laser shows and performances run all year, with seasonal musicals and events on the Garden Stage. The Folk Museum in the same complex walks through 5,000 years of Korean history and folk life with history halls, miniature villages and a recreated market street, and the complex also holds a shopping mall, ice rink, hotel and department store.
